It's Simply a Tricycle.

The title says it all, it's going to be a tricycle. Here's the process so far. I had some old gokart wheels lying around and have always wanted to build a tricycle, so the time has come.

The rear axle configuration will be able to be switched between a straight axle for drifting and then it'll be able to be switched back to a slammed camber-wearing suspension setup.

The shocks/springs that are floating around in the pictures will be utilized and fully functional with the trailing arm. They will be adjustable not only the shocks themselves but the placement on the next piece that's going to be fabricated.







Some other ideas for the tricycle:
- ~1.75-2" piping for the frame
- 18-20" front wheel, along with the fork, shocks and brakes (mountain bike)
- Paint, color, polish, blah blah...
- Aluminum seat?

Yes, sorry guys. I am back at school, so the last part was painting the parts for the trike.

So this may have gotten a little carried away. Definitely set up for a multipurpose trike.

The axle will be able to be switched from the Y set up on there now for camber and stance to a straight axle for drifting. The front fork is from a mountain bike, and will most likely stay like that, the handle bars were cut and fabricated so they ended up rotated backwards. I guess you can say the color is cliche, white/cream with some gold accents.





Don't mind the mess, downsizing has never been so hard haha, way too much crap!











Still some more fabrication of the front fork as well as a wheel selection will be needed, going to also hook up the front brake because this thing gets moving pretty fast, should be awesome for some drifting!

So what needs to be done:
- front fork + wheel + paint
- front brake setup
- rear straight axle setup
- fiberglass seat fabrication (seat bolt pattern is already made)
- other things... not sure of yet.

That's actually a good point, especially for drifting in that matter. The trike is from a couple of cut up bikes, if you couldn't tell, that we had laying around haha and just started cutting and welding things together... and thanks man, it's a little different!

Got a little carried away, still not done yet. May have some plans to build another one but it'll be rear wheel drive and motorized, so this is more of a practice trike.

Haha there will definitely be some PVC on the rear of this thing, got a couple of nice roads around my house to rip on!
