i know this thread is old. and i dont mean to bump it, but just some info on it..

after i got the engine all back together, the timing was enver figured out. 3 mechanics were clueless.
and anyone who said they could fix it, wouldnt help me. so i sold the car. the kid that bought it painted it flat black, and sold it off to florida somewhere. im sure its in a wall or tree or something, knowing most ppl hopping on the drift bandwagon

well, havent posted in a while, got the motor tore down, cleaned and re-put together, only to strip the timing sprocket thread that goes into the head.

so i had to pull the head again this morning, and it went to the machine shop.
