As i've done a little introduction thread, i thought i best start on getting a build thread together.
I bought my E91 M-Sport in November 2011 after owning a Audi S3 (265bhp model) for 2 years previous which had a few modifications done to it. The time to be sensible had come, so i opted to get the 320d model to have better economy than my S3 had. Which wasn't hard as the S3 was pretty much stage 2 circa 320-330bhp and liked V-power very much ha.
I'd decided i wanted to have the M-Sport too, as i think it looks alot meaner and i also prefer the interior's on them too. So after plenty of searching around i found a pretty good example not too far away from me.
Dealer shot.

As you may of guessed from my previous car, i like to have a tinker with my car's and that stayed true with this one. Not too long after buying the car i purchased some FK Coilovers to get the car a bit closer to the ground. And i also took it on the 1000mile + drive over to Wörthersee in Austria for the annual gathering of anything modified and German. In essence it's pretty much heaven, perfect scenery and perfect motor's on every corner.
Here's a pic of it with the coilovers fitted in Austria.

Here's a non car related pic, but with scenery like this why not ey?

It then stayed like this for the most of last year as me and the missus were getting thing's in order for the arrival of our beautiful daughter who was born in November.
But as i'm involved with a wheel company (Squared Wheels) it wasn't too long till the inevitable happened and i had a set of wheels on the car.
These are forged 3 piece wheels, and are custom made to my car. I spent alot of time measuring up and searching forums for fitments on the E91. I then settled on some spec's, and these are the results of that. The wheels are still in a raw (Unpainted/polished) finish here, just got them back from powder coating and don't have any new pics yet.

Wheels back from the powder coater's and all rubber'd up. This is the first fitment of the wheels before suspension tweaking and camber adjustment etc.

I had to order smaller tyre's for the front's, as the 235's i had laying about for the fronts (9J) were too big as i had thought, so some 215/35's were ordered which sat perfectly up front. The rear's needed a touch of camber to get them tucking slightly.I also wound the front down a little more to get it sat better.
Here's how it sit's at the moment.

I've also upgraded the tiny stock 320d brakes as they looked a little lost behind the new 19's, so i had some 335i hub's, disc's and caliper's fitted to fill the gap. The extra stopping power is also good too
