dude im a master mechanic and i WILL NOT ever buy an S4. kudos to you for taking it on! ive had three audis all silver, b5 avants are the deal and came with a different rear diff setup than the sedans, shit works wonders in anything wet or slippery. excited to see where this goes.

Yeah E46 sold about a month ago now.

nice progress man. Im looking for a car now and I have been a b5 s4 fan for a long time. I just don't have the balls yet to pull the trigger on one. they scare the shit out of me, haha. I always work on my own cars and I too have heard the s4 jokes haha but I love them so much! keep it up man!!

Yeah, they're kinda shitty in a lot of areas like that, but just like any car, get one that was well maintained and you'll have a lot less shit to deal with.

I haven't gotten that deep into it yet, but it is definitely some what of a PITA to work on, but hey. I love the car and driving it, so it's always motivation to get work done.

Put a new flash on last night so I could get rid of the CEL for the rear O2 sensors.



But it had a bad checksum value, so now I have to do a battery pull to start the car hahaha. But it's cool got the checksum value fixed, and just have to reflash it tonight when I get home from work.
