Yup, I got a crazy deal on a brand new bumper from Audi, and going to be ordering up some vinyl and axles this week.

I also have a new cluster coming in to replace my wonderfully pixelated current one.

After that, time for intercoolers, and maybe wheels? Then it's off to the selling block.
