The centers of the rims are going to paint this week, however their going to Portugal (1/4 of the price here in Paris).
So meanwhile, here's some pics, i want to paint them gold, but i have to admit that black+gold bolts its not bad at all...

Then this weekend i picked them up from the guy and this time he said that they ordered the right paint just for me and they've done all over again:





Now i need to find someone that can do the center caps logos for me, if they had a 3D effect (like the BBS ones) it would be awesome...

Major update to this project, the wheels are in place and i went to VW Days with some buddies from Portugal





















I have a ton of things to do to get ready for a road trip (2000 miles), currently refurbishing a 5 speed gearbox, waiting to jump in, a 4-2-1 staineless steel manifold, new drums and brakes for the rear, new suspension arms with all the bushings, new sensors everywhere and other misc things. A lot to do and 1 month to complete it

looks really smart on the MTI's, its nice to see something a little different. This is the only other set i have seen as i also had a set that i ended up selling a while back.
