Why waste money on lowering springs? Just cut your stock springs and buy lowering spindles. Then you will be low and the control arm won't be bottoming out.

Buying 4" lowering coils and blocks next week once I get my paycheck. I need then because...
Too much damn fender gap.
I copped these Corvette wheels last night for $200. The paint needs to be stripped ASAP and I need rear tires. Haven't done too much to it other than having to cash out $200 to fix a damn brake line leak.

At the risk of sounding like a dick, but sarcasm doesn't go over well on the internet, but do you know what forum your on? I drive a dirt road with five inch deep pot holes every couple of feet and my truck has less then 3/4 of an inch of ground clearance, sorry not buying the shitty roads excuse, lol. (Don't take any thing I say to heart, I'm not a serious person.)

And I do have a job now so I should be getting a paycheck next week! I'm gonna hit up a junk yard for a tailpipe/muffler, some tires and rims off Craigslist for $60, get her registered, and it should leave plenty of play money!

I just lowered an s-10 for my buddy, I cut a coil and a half, and threw a 3 inch block in the back with air shocks, it cost in parts about 100 bucks and it rides as good as it can for being on 20's and rubber band tires. Cutting coils have been around for as long as people have been lowering vehicles, take the coil spring out and put it in water when you cut them to prevent heat transfer, that's where a lot of people make the mistake and it makes the spring soft.
