    09AWD nissan nx

    Hi All,

    I thought i might start a build thread for my 1st and main money pit. Its a 1991 Nissan Nx ive owned it for about a 2 years. So far what ive done is fitted a Nx-r front bar and side skirts added a 626 front lip as well.Suspension was made by a place down in melbourne called quadtrat for a n14 track car. Wheels are un known steelies 15x8 +0 with bridstone re002 195/55 Engine wise is still pretty stock just a BMC pod and a 2 nd 1/2 cat back exhaust to twin 3 inch tips and a crane cam coil pack upgrade... Inside ive stripped most the interior just leaving the basics added a sparco fixed bucket and 4 point harness for the drive passanger just holds on for there life and a custom 4 point cage was made for it.. Now for a couple of pics

      Im not too sure a local wheel shop imported a container of them in differnt stud pattens.. Thanks its slowly getting there

        So it doesn't look like many people are interested in the Nx.. Oh well not much has happened since the last time I posted lack of funds/buying another car.. After the last car meet where the police where out in force I felt like I needed a change which ended up me buying a Nissan mirca and a goal too fit 15x8 +0 or my old steelies on it a custom rear axle and a stupidly loud stereo have been bought so far still need too work out tyres and springs for it.. As for the poor little nx I raised it 10mm or so and fitted factory N15 sss wheels.. Sold the celisor to a mate it has been a PITA since I got it sad and happy too see it go. The goal for the nx now is Sleeper and make it fast aiming for around 300kw atw should be do able may kill a few gearboxs.. Now for some photos some old some new

          Wow i haven't updated this in a while abit has changed. I swap the Micra for a set of watanabe and got a vz commodore for a daily..
          The NX has had a fun past few months I finally turbo'd the sr20de basic set up t28 with a 3 inch dump to a 2 1/2 high flow cat and the same exhaust I had before. has det injectors computer and airflow meter with 2 1/2 cooler piping has around 8 psi in atm no dyno time yet.. As I said before I got a set of watanabes wrapped them in 205/50 rsr so far I love them haven't been out in the rain tho. Now on to the sad news just before Christmas I was pulled into a rbt and they ended up going over the car. Not a big list Cage seat steering wheel and turbo. It goes into pits on Friday hopefully it all passes I have lined up a mod plate for most the defects and changed the steering wheel..

              NX's are awesome little cars! Ive never owned one but my friend had a couple and they are cool! Hard to come by in my area now tho. Having owned a bunch of B13 SE-R's and 1 B14 SE-R, i know they are loads of fun!

                Thanks . I ran the risk the last 2 year un touched it was going too happen.. Yeah they suck hopefully you never do

                They really do.. I had a mate drive mine and he said the best way to describe how it drives is a go kart.. They are good cheap fun
