they were a little burnt from the corvette wheels, but it got a bit worse. I raised it ALOT, which is when I took the pictures.


the rear beam really needs to be centered... its not center.

the fenders will be PULLED this weekend, and then its going in to get them repainted soon after that anyways. that's why we weren't really worried about toasting them a little bit. hahah.

I know about the beam, its a common thing on mk4`s but i dont find it disturbing. Really like the front end, don`t see that a lot

alright, so little update from today. went to get some tires swapped, from the corvette wheels, to the works, and they ended up ripping the sidewalls of the larger, rear tires.



so, since they fucked up, they ended up giving me a deal for two new brand new tires...

now the car has 205/40/17 tires all the way around, on a 17x9.5.. looks AMAZING! there is still a little bit of rubbing on the drivers side, but that will all be sorted out tomorrow when i install the idf drop plated (they add 2 degrees of camber, and center the rear wheel on the quarter panel!!) and also pull the fenders a little bit!

got the front perfect where it should be! rear is still a little high until tomorrow. the front also came down about another 3/8" because of the lower profile tires! pics:
