I haven't been doing much lately so I decided on repainting my front grille to a black with a holographic metal flake on it, I think it turned out really good, it just needs more clear coat on some areas, and I finally got the mirrors on, and I'll post a how-to on the painting of the grille when I have some time, and I went to the Slammed Society meet in Sonoma and the car was in the Fatlace article, which was nice to see

Ive been having some computer problems lately so i can finally upload them now. I was able to plasti dip it in November and its held up really good in general. Not much has happened over the winter, I'm not sure if I should do a sr20de swap or not. I can get the motor for cheap, and through what I have read, the de's don't need much modification to fit inside the 710.

        Here's the pics!!

Why do people always choose awful colors when plastidipping?

Ok, so I was able to install the 3" lowering blocks in the back and I bought an sr20de that needs rebuilding, and I took the head into the machine shop a couple weeks ago and I have it back all clean! Plans are to install slightly upgraded cams and then onto the block. Here's the pics!!

The areas that are zoomed in are on the cylinder that was all messed up due to something falling inside the chamber, possibly the electrode of the spark plug.

You went to the trouble of stripping it down to bare metal only to plasti-dip it? That kinda stinks. At least it won't rust.

I went for the plasti dip because it was the cheapest and quickest way to protect it from the rain, two days after It was dipped it rained for the next week or so, plans are to bring it back to bare metal and clear it sometime this summer

Thanks, and I am going lower in the future, someone finally is making sets of adjustable coils for my car

I got the sr for cheap and I'm planning on staying n/a so it should still feel slightly the same with some ITB's, and thanks

This thing is rad! I love everything about it. Even though I **** plastidip that's a cool color choice. I'd love to see it almost laying the rockers on the ground, but even as it sits it's sick!

Been a long time since I've updated this thread so here it goes

Went and bought a pair of Hayashi Commands off a guy that lived relatively close to me and the plan was to flip the faces and get them polished and this is how they turned out

                                Before

                                After

Also bought a chin spoiler back in March and did fiberglass repair and some new paint so it would match with the car

Also, i decided to have some takeyari pipes made, and they are removable which is pretty helpful, mainly gonna run these during shows, too much of a headache to run them around town all the time

Roll in and final setup at BLOX, turned out to be a really good show, great atmosphere and was a really organized setup

Now I'm on the lookout for a wider pair of 14's to match the rear, more updates will come soon
