  • M.Sam's E28

Hi everyone! I'm lurking a lot on the forum, now its time to start a build thread. I was building a 1983 Mercedes 300d, got bored off the shitty performance, decided to put it for sell, and bought a 1983 BMW 535i.

This will be a slow build so dont expect too much.

Also you need to know that Im a french canadian from Montreal, so there will be writting error and weird expression

Enough said: my new ship, the E28 when I got her 2 weeks ago

The plan is to bring her low with coilover but I got impatient and cut about 2 coil front and rear. Coilover will come sometime in a near futur

This is how she sit : not real low but I dont want it lower on cut spring and stock shocks

Then I removed the ugly square fog light and gave a fresh coat of black undercoat to the valance. Much cleaner !

I put some speaker in the rear box since the previous owner forgot to tell me there was none in it The tweater part was a bit to tall for the stock cover but I really didn't want to show the entire speaker. Im looking to keep the 80's look inside as much as possible so I cut a round hole in the cover and made a trim with plastic and painted in black. Turned out pretty good imao!

I want to do some mesh wheels, 16x9, 16x10 or so. I would love Epsilon

                    Or Gotti

Really not sure. Trying not to go the BBS rs's way even if it would look awesome.

It ride mostly like stock, a bit more bouncy, but not that bad for the money invested
