Y'all really have a killer shop setup. I wish mine was in as good of order, but sharing it with my dad who never picks up a tool is a bit of a killer. I can't wait for you to finish this thing though. Going to be one slick looking truck.
Also, congrats on the new debt. I really miss having a big truck.

My shop is in St.Agatha, like 3 minutes west of Waterloo. I work in Kitchener. We're there every weekend. Swing by sometime.Originally posted by MrViicc View Postyou and your friends dedication to this build is bad ass please drive it around all of ontario as often as possible so i can get the chance to see it in person!
thank you!!!
I still think it's cooler to use stock spindles. But this is the way it has to be for it to work better than just "well". I never gave you shit, either.Originally posted by bluetweedsuit View PostWhoa whoa whoa! I recall someone giving me crap for wanting to run on drop spindle on my truck!

Hell yeah, man!Originally posted by fitted_fit View PostI can't wait to get a real tour! not too far away now
It gets out of hand here a lot, usually it's a pretty big mess but my OCD is really bad and I'll have to clean for hours. Hahaha.Originally posted by aLaFleur View PostY'all really have a killer shop setup. I wish mine was in as good of order, but sharing it with my dad who never picks up a tool is a bit of a killer. Thanks, man. This is the first big truck I'll have actually ever owned, minus the '52. I really can't wait for it to show up.

We kinda ran out of material so tonight I got anxious and decided to half-ass throw the body on. It was beyond motivated, even though I haven't lost any motivation, this helped a lot. Probably going to leave it look like this for the week and tear it back down next weekend and finish the back-half.

The bed is sitting on the axle and a single jack-stand holds up the front, the front panel is bent all to rat shit so I have no idea how close the bed is to being where it's supposed to be, but it looks kinda right. There's a swap meet local to me this coming weekend, and I've found a set of southern running boards for sale that I'm picking up on the way next weekend.
Overwhelmed with how far this truck has come in the three short months we've been working on it.

Been a while since I have looked in this thread.
Great work man, end product is going to be so awesome. I got pretty giddy with the body just sitting on the frame.
