Some of you might have seen my car on instagram already or in person and some of you might not, if this is the first time well then here it is, my build thread. i got the car with 43K miles from a 55 year old air force veteran for $3K. few weeks later i bought a hardtop, then i just started saving up money. Removed the soft top and sold it. I kinda help off on mods for a while and just got some money together when i hit 55k i noticed my clutch was sinking and had to replace the slave cylinder and during that process installed the r package front and rear lip kit

.after saving for a couple months i finally got coilovers. installed them and the car ended up being kind of raked. so i had to do some adjusting and i finally got it even. i was driving around on stock wheels for a long time since i didnt really wanna go cheap on wheels, so i was patient in the search for wheels. couple of months passed and CCW here in florida released the ccw lm5t's. i saw them, fell in love, and contacted Wray from ccw and made the order instantly. it took a month to get done. they came out pretty amazing. i test fitted them the weekend after getting them and it was perfect. 15x9 et 0

So after getting the wheels i go to order some toyo proxes t1r's online and find out they are backordered so i went with nexens. i received the tires but they came in damaged and the guy wouldnt give me a refund so i sold them. finally 3 weeks later i found a site that had the 195/45/15 toyos in stock. so i bought them and got them in 4 days, whichwas awesome got the tires mounted the next day.

as soon as i got home i got to work. i rolled the fenders and quarters with an eastwood fender roller and finally got to put on my wheels after 3 weeks of them collecting dust in my room.
this is how it currently looks. not close to being done with the car at all. still need to paint match the hardtop and install the chaser aerodynamics hardtop spoiler i bought for it. and eventually repaint the whole car
