Yeah, that's really the truth! The only cars that gets respect is the geni and optima. They're the only "Accepted" cars. Everyone sees my car and the phrases "it's a kia or to a kia" always follows haha I love my lil cheap Korean american build car tho lol Plus, I'll probably be more original modding this than any other make in it's class.

For real, man! I can't even go on my forum without being disgusted. lol. Unfortunetely, the KDM community is littered with rice. But there are those that can make a difference and stand apart from the crowd. It's a shame that Korean cars are so widely dispised across the car scene. They're great cars, and they're cheap! lol.

Hello everyone, meet Lois!

My 2012 Hyundai Veloster

Current Setup:


AAAAAND, here we go.. First day I brought her home!

The Rally Stage (stock height on rx8 wheels)





Bought coils and borrowed a roller off a buddy!



Rolled fenders, check. Coils on, check. (Full low w/ all collars, locking rings, and perches in.)


Wasn't even remotely low.. So I removed 2 locking rings/collars up front and removed the perches from the rear. Full low. Better.


The issues.. These stupid axles are in the way, so the fronts can't go any lower without shorter struts and springs.. I also need shorter springs for the back.. Still not low enough!




I actually flipped the rear, bottom strut mount for moar lows.


Picked up some G35-S wheels off a buddy for CHEAP.



Fitment is on point. Could be better.. Will be better!
