Possible New Build

I think I have made a decision. I may pick up a 1985 Mecedes Benz 300D with a Turbo Diesel. Here is the link.

I love the look of these stanced. This will be my first personal build I have ever done for me. I have for others, but not for a car for me to own.
Any suggestions on mods, rims, tires, anything, would be appreciated.
