  • Boring Passat on wide Gotti wheels.

Hello, my name is Krystian and i'm from Poland. At first i would like to sorry for my English language cause it's really bad
From few months i'm following S|W forum and now i decided to make a thread about my car - Volksvagen Passat B5.

I lowered him on static suspension, Bilstein B16 PSS9 in front and MTS in rear. I bought a camber shims on rear, and propably i will install them in next few days.

What i changed in exterior: original Xenon headlight, "Japan" bumper strip, mirrors and roof in black, full red rear lights, USA rear trunk without emblem, Yakima fairing with OEM roof rack etc. You can see all on photos
I made"USA style" car cause in Poland/Europe it's rare and "fashionable", but i think that for a huge part of this forum it's boring
About interior, i think i can't say alot atm it's pure serial car, but i will change it asap.

Okey, so now it's time to put some photos.

Here's photos how it looks like when i bought it

How it looks now (on winter wheels)

I had wide steel for Passat, 16x9J and 16x11.5J but 16" was too small for me and i decided to sell them.

Since 2 years i have my main set of wheels, it's Evo Racing Black Magic, 18x8 with 225/40 tires. They are not great and so beautiful, but i like them and - in my mind, they match the rest of the car. There are some photos which i like, made in 2012 and 2013.

And now i can show you my new set of wheels on this season
It's Gotti Axia (MH 100), 3tlg, front 18x10.5J with 215/35 and rear 18x11.5J with 235/35, both have ET35 and i had to put some spacers to install them.
Here's photos from refreshing, fitting etc.

It's my friend sleeping on them when we were comming back from guy, who sold it

    Gotti vs. Kazera 8J

    First time on car

    First time with tires

    after repolished and chromed bolts

Then i bought new caps, new chrome bolts and prepared wheels to waiting on my car

And then there was a time to put them on car and go on first event with this setup.

I had few problems with fire because of fitment

Atm i'm fighting with fitment, i have to install cambers, lower front, install buffers on rear to eliminate the fire from tires i think i will put some new photos soon.

I hope you enjoyed it and I look forward to feedback, both negative and positive.
    Greetings, Naxus.

I had 4 bars in front and 3.5 bars in rear. I have some problems with front, cause one tire loosing AIR and i have to stretch it once again.
We had also problems with stretch it, but after fitfth time it was done

Thank you all for the feedback!
