Don't mount them under the seat, they sound terrible there. Shelf would be fine

For the suspension (probably not legal) but what I did was cut the rubber blocks thats sued as a spring in half (make sure all are the same length though haha). And i had dope 12x6 minilight rims on it and flairs. thats how i made her lower haha....
What are the plans for the engine bro? I had twin carb, racing extractors and straight pipe on a bored out 1100 and it went nuts .

Sorry for the long break, school and sport are taking the days away from me. But I'm back.
So onto the car. Its been at the panel beaters for about 4 months now. That is why there has been no update. The guy has had heaps of cars in and as mine wasn't a priority nor was it going to make him much money its just sat there. Hes apologized and told me that the towns Christmas parade is on the 29th November and he wants to have my car in the parade to advertise for him. This means he might hurry up. It also means that I've now got a deadline.

              1 MONTH

Its not going to be perfect I know but its only a Christmas parade so i'm not to worried. the theme is circus so comment any ideas.

Back to the car. Its nearly ready for the primer and then I think the final choice on the paint is Gunmetal.
              This is the car atm.

I haven't been able to do much as the cars not at home but this arrived

              Untitled

New seat covers. I got to work today on the front passenger seat

This is after i took the old covers off. They where a tad old.
              Untitled
But they turned out to be allgood.
              Untitled
TEST fitted the seat covers. They are very Classy
              Untitled
But before I started putting the covers on properly i wanted to paint the seats frame. Turned out nice apart from the over spray that looks a bit messy. Might sort that out later on. On the left is what the original covers are like.
              Untitled
The weekends over so another week of school and hopefully ill finish of the seats next weekend. Get the beauty ready for summer

Really nice project. Make sure there is no hidden rust anywhere before you put everything back together.

                    yes bro!!!

a mini is one of the best first cars you can have.

can learn so much from them, easy to work on, handle pretty good too!!!

                    good choice

But here is my school project. I need an amp but i recon it looks OK.
