  • Fizza - Audi A5 gets a second Life

    Hey Stancers!
Im here since 2011 and decided to start a build thread. Its my first ever and a S/W exclusive

    thats my old A6

I received my fathers A5 because this car wasnt worth selling it (it has 490000km on it)
at the perfect time I needed a new ride!

    (after waxing)

you cant see it on the pictures, but maaaan the paint was bad (many scratches), especially the front, it was kinda flatpaint after nearly 500000km's

In for more! I always had a sweet spot for A5s. Especially the two doors variants.

The first step was to get it lower - i took the bagged way this time
Streetec helped me out with a GAS V1, AccuAir VU4 Block, exo mount, TouchPad, 2 11,5L tanks and 2 vair 480cc compressors.

I was so happy when i got it back - you just start to enjoy cars when they are lowered

            new registration plate fitted

            - i received the car in november, now it was january -

I wasnt satisfied with the flatgrey singleframe so i decided to order an S5 grille and paint it gloss black but not enough, so the plateholder had to go!

Mike did an amazing job, so i decided to get the foglights cleaned away.

            i love them glossy bastards

Matt Carter Style is to have full red taillights on every car, so my new taillights came in.

                    back to Fizza

                    bad weather approved lol

Fizza and its bigger sis haha

i ***** the semi leather interior so i swaped it for an air-conditioned, brown full leather interior

since the leather was brown, the silver moldings didnt fit no more....

I called my homeboy Benny and added a new shiftknob and my steering wheel

you cant change the main molding in 5 mins lol

Another bavarian guy! Happy to see that. I really would appreciate if you could tell me a little about that airride setup:

                      - How hard was it to get TÜV with that
                      - The cost of your setup

Since I am argueing with myself to get an airride in the future but there are way too many unknown factor here in Germany that told me to stop thinking about that.
                      Please enlight me. Thanks!

testfitted my A6's 10x18'' ET 9,6 OZ Futuras

10x18 was to small, so i ordered 11x19''

the ''pay n' spray'' time came in April haha

                        meanwhile my wheels arrived

As far as i know you'll have problems with getting a bagyardairride tüved...
If you want to do it by yourself - not easy to get it tüv approved!
Call Streetec, LowRideProduction, G-Ride or AirrideSupplies, they will help you out (TÜVapprovement costs about 250€)!
It depends also on which car you about to bag!
A nice A5 setup starts by 3000€. Mine is about 5000. Airride is the best way in Germany, because the most cops got no idea about bagged cars And Munich is the worst City to drive static low, because of the crazy cops out there!!!!!!
