  • VW Jetta mk6 AirLift 0.05

Hello everyone! My name is Vladimir, build with a friend named Sergey stance project car VW Jetta June 2011 release.
Let's start with the fact that all tell the story of the appearance of the car and my involvement in it, as my car is not as Sergey and all the posts I will write about his car. I am currently residing in Moscow, but hails from Saransk, Mordovia, where he Korme earrings and his Jetta. The car appeared in 2011, my friend is suddenly and I immediately hoisted his stance on culture as itself already a fan of this type of tuning for quite some time. So the idea very much, and immediately began to wonder where to start that would be all in style. My first thought was of course coilovers, but this idea quickly faded due to the fact that the car is used every day and sometimes for long journeys, thus to staticlow it would not be very comfortable. And then he saw a draft of the state of a man named Ryan Beard's and his gray Jett on air and composite rotiform blq. Who will understand the topic. All of it was love...
And a month later, after seeing the kit was ordered 4x contour suspension + ilevel directly from the state Vermond. There were also ordered wheels 3SDM 0.05 with parameters on the front r18 8.5j ET42, rear r18 9.5j ET40, for the first season and they have enough, and then plan to move into its component BC Wheels or CCW, you know, it remains to be determined. The same has already arrived at the trunk lip spoiler booked with us dearly beloved ebay. Already removed the inscription Jetta c lid. Just plan to remove the rear badge VW. Until May be ordered RNS510 multimedia head unit and installed and replaced the missing speakers. In the long term Altering interior in leather-Alcantara. So something like this so, comrades! Already upon arrival sets pneuma and drive with tires Falken 215/40, 225/40 car for a couple of weeks to come to Moscow to set all this stuff and meet like-minded people in all wait and see everything! We promise the best Jetta in Russia for sure!

P.S. Sorry for my bad english

Air suspension kit that will install on the car and its description.

      PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The revolutionary e-Level system from AccuAir has completely redefined the digital air suspension industry. Never before has an air ride control system been so easy to use, beautifully made, or perform as flawlessly as the AccuAir e-Level system. The adjustments made by an e-Level controller are so accurate that each wheel maintains its height within 1/8th of an inch and prevents 'cross-loading' of air springs at a higher accuracy than any other method. e-Level is so smart that it even learns the vehicle's weight and behaviour after it has been installed, so it just keeps getting better with every day of use.

When mounting space and cost are paramount, the Rocker Switch Interface is a simple, yet effective solution. The primary function of the Rocker Switch is to access your three saved heights by pressing UP or DOWN to raise or lower between saved heights (current vehicle height is indicated by red and green LED lit arrows). A small program button (usually hidden under the dash) allows you to toggle through functions like manual control over each air spring individually, manual control over front and rear air springs in 'pairs', re-saving each of your heights, and adjusting system preferences. For the ultimate control over your system, adding a TouchPad controller to your RockerSwitch system is completely plug and play!

                You mean this.

You need some camber / pulled arches, and a slightly thinner tyre. Get it sitting down past those tyres. Put the bags to good use!

Fair, I don't understand the platform as well as that. I don't get why one side the car is nearly on the lip, yet other it is half way up the tyre :S

The front part of the car does not fall below. This is the bottom. Rubber rests on the arch. A choice of such a rubber 215/45 18 "wide wheels on the 8.5 due to the poor quality of roads in our province. Perhaps in the near future date put 205 or 195 width front tires. In my opinion below is not necessary!)

Because of this modification on the Jetta is installed instead of a multi-link beam rear suspension and when the machine is in the lowest position, the thrust being on the tank pushes the right wheel. Soon, we will solve this problem by setting breakup plate on the rear axle and to achieve 3-4 degrees camber on the rear axle, then everything will be perfect. We just do not have time to do everything for the festival.
