Not a fan of the "mad tyte jdm angle y0" exhaust. Maybe if it came straight out, or maybe if you sprayed it flat black or something. Just seems out of place on an otherwise-spotless 3G to me.

Nice starting point though, excited to see where you go with it.

Better, I'd be tempted to shorten it before the back box, this will make it stick out a bit less.

Then again once it has wheels and coils it might become a bit more in keeping with the style you are heading for.....

Love the clean boot, quite like it with the centre badge alone.

            Little update under the hood.

So here's what it looked like, not exactly clean, but fucking good for a 24 year old car!

I gave it a quick clean with some wd40, and took off the exhaust manifold cover

Then began sanding down the cover

            First coat

            All done

Gave the bay another clean, and whacked it back on

Sorry it's not the most exciting update, but tomorrow i'm getting powdercoating quotes for the rocker cover, and i've just had a mad silicone hose shopping spree on ebay, so good stuff will be happening soon!

            Comments welcome

I like that you left the Honda badge. Would be too "boring" without it.

Sanded down with a medium grade sand paper, polishing compound, and some clear on top. Gives it a brushed look.

I vote this for the rocker cover.

Paint the cover wrinkle black, man. Keep this thing completely stock except for a drop and old school wheels.

That thing is CLEAN. Can't wait to see it a lot lower.

I'd keep everything really simple with this car, it's already so clean.
