I love this so much. Fantastic work, and commitment with all that rust. I just can't emphasize how much I love those wheels.

Oh gosh this is gorgeous. It's amazing the car even stayed together with that rust though! Sick repair job.
I'm so happy to see Japanese wheels on here. LOVE.

Unf. Can't wait to see how this one progresses. The mkii is a work of art, so I have high hopes for this one.

I don't know how to multi quote, so this will do.
"I want to bag mine so bad. Care to show/send pictures of your rear bag setup?"
I can look for a photo, yes!
"does it use momo, nardi or grant patterns?"
It's just a regular early VW small spline wheel, I have since traded it for a Porsche 944 wheel with a friend
"so jelly I can't find out around here. Are they extremely rare? Diesel Rabbit is hard enough"
Not easy for sure. A lot of them were used as farm vehicles, and have rusted (obviously) away into powered Volkswagen delight. I'm just glad to keep one on the road.

Hey folks.
Got the fronts on today... Still need to do a little fender work it hits the front tires about 10psi... so theres room to play with, but it's all coming together nicely.
Here are some quick iphone shots in front of my place, sorry it was raining and cloudy.
Also... my new plates as of today. If you don't what it means, upon searching it on Urbandictionary: Whootie - Noun - A white bit*h with a crazy fat booty. "Damn! LOOK AT DAT WHOOTIE"

Good job on that rust repair. Crazy how a clean body from the outside can hide such things...
