I agree, teasers blow.....share some info
Width is now 10j. Wrapping them in 205/45/16's. No colour change on the wheels and lip size is now 2.5 inches.

Tyres should be mounted next week some time. I still need to organise a notch up the front and the rear, but I might just do it myself. Subaru have made it easy for me to notch it a bit, and the self notch has made it even easier.

But, I miss out on this weekend as heading over to Ballarat for a weekend away with the misses. Training it to Melbourne on Sunday to do some shopping and shit and then back into it all next week.

Need to still install the majority of my Whiteline gear.

    • Keen to see it all done....I couldn't resist a colour change if I went to the effort of splitting mine.

      • Mine would need to be blasted and re-powdercoated, something I don't want to really spend the money on at the moment. They could see a colour change down the line, but I am happy with the silver for now.

        • Took the car to S&J Automotive here in Adelaide, they had supplied me with the wrong sway bar for the front hence why I just could not install it.

They installed an 18mm heavy duty one for the time being as well as my anti-lift kit while they are waiting for the correct sway bar to come in some time next week.

I also changed the rear arms that needed to be changed over to WRX ones with the provision for the end links. I need to find the correct bolts to bolt the Whiteline heavy duty rear sway bar mounts that I got to the chassis rail as, being an RX, mine doesn't come with the correct ones.

Off to Ballarat tomorrow for a weekend away before heading into a busy week next week.

          • I don't know where I've been for this whole thread but I'm glad I finally came across it! Glad to see you're still sticking with it even though the silly defect laws keep coming back to bite you and I'm pumped to be here in time for the journey of even more low!

              Thanks for the love!

In other news, wheels are all sealed up and waiting for tyres. I also got myself a new boot, completely shaved, gonna test fit it in the next couple of days and see whether or not I want to run it wingless. Time will tell.

Now to just wait until my tyres arrive next week, they'll get fitted onto the RS' and then I can see how much work I need to do to get the car sitting where I want it to sit.

                  • Still haven't gotten around to grabbing a decent photo of my rear sway bar all installed, there's one on my Instagram though...

                    Anyway, this happened.
