Swapped out my my front seats out today for a set of tan leather Corrado seats I had laying around. Really stoked on how they feel, and how easy it was to swap them over, Literally one bolt! The driver side had a decent sized hole in it so I slapped some stickers on it to cover it up for the time being.
Also popped the back driver side wheel off to take the studs out to I could switch it back to using lug bolts rather than lug nuts. For some reason all of the wheels seem to have a mixture of using both nuts and bolts? Not sure what the PO was thinking there
Definitely need to replace my pads and rotors in the near future. On the positive side my coilovers have a shit ton of thread left. So as soon as I get those rear fenders rolled, she will come down quite a bit.
I sold my MK1 Coupe project to my buddies who's MK2 Golf got smashed in the pictures above in the original post. It shall soon have a 16v with a possible turbo set upKeep your eye out for this one too!

Found some pictures on my phone Wyatt sent to me a few days back right after we put the wheels on. Thought I'd throw em' on here. (Sorry they're so tiny)
Also took another shot of the seats. My ghetto sticker repair is falling off already. Think I'm going to find a sweet patch of some sort to stick over it.
Lastly a shot of the how close the cat is to making ground contact. I REALLY need to do something about that!

I know, I know. That's a pussy thing to say, but I have really bad luck with cops so that might not be the best idea. That being said, I guess we'll just have to see if I grow a pair and do it!

Herrow again everybody! I had some free time at school today, and was able to check a few things out I've been meaning to get to on the Coupe. Got the chance to hook up our Snap-On Solus Pro to her, and see what kind of codes she's being throwing. It gave me a bunch of random codes, pretty sure most of them are due to the motor being swapped. I cleared them and am going to take another look tomorrow to see if anything has changed. Here's a picture of the last code it threw
I was also able to FINALLY get it on a lift at school. We have like 8 lifts at school and this is the only one low enough to get under my carRaised the exhaust with a by tieing up ghetto style with a piece of wire. So happy not to have that bitch constantly scraping anymore.
Cat is looking real nice
Got her down and all was well, even took a shot after I took it back down into the parking lot.
Then on my way home after dropping a buddy off at his house, my hood latch decided it ***** me and would not let me close the damn hood! I noticed the hood moving a bit after leaving his house so I pulled over thinking maybe i just had not shut it all the way. Definitely not the case, so I did what any of us would do in that situation.... Take the hood off, and attempt to fit it into the car.
It took me a while but I figured out a way to make it fit. I took the passenger seat out and moved it to the trunk. That gave me just enough room to wedge it in and only have a small section of it hanging out the window. After all that I loaded my tool box back up, extremely gently shut the trunk and passenger door without braking anything and was on my way!
Successfully made it home to find out my brother stole my damn spot in the driveway!Took a shot of our cars together, I think they look like a nice pair
