  • My Attempt to Stance a X3

Hows it going Stance Works, my name is Clarence. I just picked up a 2005 Bmw X3 a few days ago. Been lurking on here and just decided to join up and become an active member. I'm open for positive and negative feedback throughout the build so feel free to voice your opinions and suggestions. Full suspension has already been ordered, and wheels are undecided. I wanted to wait to start this thread until the suspension arrived but oh well. Just wanted to build something different. Now on with the pics.

Haha understandable bro I really wasnt a fan either but I wanted to build something different, and it grew on me. Different not as in people do not build them, but different as in out of my comfort zone. Look forward to see what this thing can turn into. Just want it clean, simple low and wide.

Please don't put 8.5" wide wheels on this. Go super wide and aggressive or bust.

Looking forward to seeing where this goes though.

I like the way you think bro!! Just have to do the math and measurments to determine offset to see just how nasty I can get. Love the G and I know you know what your talking about. Appreciate it man.

Thanks man. The only thing i'd keep an eye on is inner clearance from strut to fender. thatll be the main determinant on how wide you can go
