Audi A3 with X5 wheels? Opinions

I have 4 X5 wheels for my girlfriend 8P's, they are 19x9 et48 and i pretend to use 215 35 19 on it.

i'm wondering if it will be needed spacers and and how much mm i will be need.

im a fan of the x5 wheels in the silver or the black man, they look real clean to me
