Hey guys,
Thought id throw up a build thread of my new car
This was my old car i built for time attack.. While being a lot of fun it was just to much for the street and i wasnt prepared to take it to the next level.
Couple of pics.

Now onto the new car. Bought this car because it was a good base to start with. Loads of quality mods and was built to handle more then i was gonna throw at it. Didnt waste to much time and drove it straight to Nathan's from Fabulous Fabrications to get the exhaust tucked right up and a bash plate.

Exhaust is awesome. Love it
Not that loud that it brings attention to myself but still sounds good banging off limiter
Chucked the Bride Zeta 3 i had from my old car on some driftworks rails and put it in. Got rid of the harness while i was there and put back in the stock seat belt. Never again will i have a harness in a street car. What a pos!!

Heres the engine bay. As u can see its pretty standard, low mount 2871r, greddy cooler setup, oil cooler and built motor. I dont think ill be changing much here unless im forced to. Makes around 280rwhp atm.

Towed the car home and lowered it on some wheels i had. Yes i have the other pair of regas sitting in the garage

Chucked in some driftworks camber arms, 25mm spacers front and 8 mm slip on rears and did an eye alignment

Got rego and drove out to qr for friday night drifts.. got there to late so chilled for a bit then went home. Next night i went out for a drive up glorious to get a feel for the car. From what ive driven, the car feels awesome. Grippy as fuck in the dry and picks up speed quick siding.. In the wet its just as good. Easy to control and nice and responsive. Happy as with the motor and sussy setup.
After driving the two days the bash plate was well and truly fucked. Have to get a steel one made up. Sway bar sits like 20mm off the ground and yeah. It makes a lot of noise driving around. Especially late at night.

Unfortunate incident with me and a hard object happened and there was nothing much i could really do so that resulted in this...

Picking up parts to fix it up this week and will be straight and painted next weekend so not to bad in the scheme of things. Thats pretty much where im at with the build.. Once its fixed ill be heading out to morning sesh's and friday night drifts to practice as much as possible. Hopefully keep it clean along the way
In other news i picked these up cheap on yahoo and will be re lipped when i get them in my hands

Other then that, cheers for reading
will keep u updated as it goes along.
