Hi, before to start to show you the fully self made rebuilt, I show the actually spec of my ride.

Model: Volkswagen Golf MK3 GTI 3door
Engine: 2.0 8v 115 ps (2E egine code)
Gearbox: 5 speed (CHE gearbox code)
Color: Black LA9V, now LA9B candy White (Vw Tiguan oem color)
Tyre and wheels: Standard BBS Jubi edition 6,5x16 with 215/40 R16


Changes Spec

Engine Mod: Modified throttle Valve, Bonrath inox induction hose, K&N air filter, VR6 engine mounts

Exhaust: Standard mainfold with catback, modified middle exhaust e and full inox rear silencer

Chassis: Modified JOM Coilovers equipped with Bilstein PS9 Internal absorber and shortened stem, AudiTT Bushing

Brake: Standard 280mm GTI front disc and 256 rear disc

Wheels and tyres: Artec S2 Edition (2 pieces) painted in LA3A (Mars Red GTI color) with new black M7 bolts, R&H wheels adpater from 5x100 to 5x112 (front 24 mm, rear 30mm)

Body: Full Jetta mk3 (euro Vento) front end with early type grill, hella bixenon custom made headlights, shaved bonnet, shaved front fenders, shaved hatch, 1,5cm widened fenders (front and rear), Depo Taillights

Interior: Recaro GTI edition sport seats half leather coated (original full textured), Golf 3 VR6 highline panel trim, A;B;C and roof lining black textured, golf mk 3,5 cabrio dashboard with full oem red light switches, Audi TT 8N pedal, Audi TT 8N dashboard brackets, Audi TT 8N gearknob and gearframe, additional AutoMeter Gauges (Volt,Vacuum and exshaust temp)

Audio: Alpine sintoCD, front and rear: Dragster 2way. R&F (on roof lining) and Dragster amplifier

I try to explain my golf 3 story (sorry for bad english)

I present to you Religion or Hybrid01 (for vento front, cockpit TT inside)

This one is the my first GTI 2.0 16v ABF engine in the last spec at its last worthersee tour 2005







And now my actually GTI before the total remake. This few pics in the summer of 2010. She's Kult or Hybrid02.

In the march 2011 Hybrid02, was stopped for some private and familiar trouble. I didn't have time and money to spent. Was parked in a open parking: 1 and 1/2 year of rain, snow, sun...hot sun.

On 6 june 2012 i decide to restart with a new born, finally i had a box to work harder on her and some money to spent. Here under the "come back" conditions

May 2012: I found my dreaming wheels: A new set of Artec S2



From 8 juny to 13 july I start lonely with the bigger work for me never made: gift a hard refresh to my poor engine. I bought everything on ebay.de. And finally I changed the following parts with my self help and the help of a precious friends: Elsa and Etka.

- full engine gasket and cylinder gasket head
- new full water hoses
- new water pp
- new thermostatic valve
- new pressure/temperature oil and water sensor
- full cleaning oil pump
- new timing and services belts
- new VR6 engine mounts
- new spark cable
- new tie rod, steering arm, and new bearing
- TT silent block
- powerrhor
- new front and rear disc and pads brake.

13 july 23.30...at the second start, the engine sound feel good! H2O is ok!





Finally i find a complete set of RH wheel adpter with 40 bolts on ebay.de. The whole set is 30mm





S2 fitment...

I decide to leave the 5x100 wheels. I found near home a set of MB for daily use, I'll use the S2 for meeting; too much fear to scrap or stole. And now start a new project with these wheels.

Coilover ready to leave the helper and some cleaning. It's a jom gewinde...but with Bilstein inside elemets.

With helper it was impossible to low, isn't clearence from wheel to coilver



Low ride is my religion...now with helper off, i can low easy H2O
