That's a great looking Rabbit! We love these MK1 diesels, saw a beautiful MK1 Golf in Northern Ireland last weekend at Dubshed 2013 running the 1.9 TDI PD engine. What sort of power are these engines making with a turbo?
One thing we'd suggest though, ditch the air filter and run a ducted airbox with a standard paper filter. You'l notice no power gains running a cone but you will shorten the life of your turbo with all the crap that gets through to it!

shes a beauty allright, the engine is not pumping too much more than the gutless stock until the rpms get real high, then the turbo kicks in and she goes pretty good(still only 9psi) , i will probably replace the air filter and turbo when i rebuild so im not too woried about wear. i have never put it on a dyno but i would guess about 100 hp max right nowOriginally posted by nosmokenopoke View PostThat's a great looking Rabbit!
