It's been a while since I've read the first few posts and I don't exactly remember the wiring situation, but could you just swap out the MegaSquirt for a stock ecu? Or maybe grab a factory wiring harness and ecu if the current one is hacked. Fixing other peoples' mistakes is one of the most time consuming things ever. Just cut your losses and start over if you have to. Then you can at least drive the car! (albeit superchargerless)

Nah, I'm reasonably certain that I couldn't swap out for the stock ECU. This car has a different ICM, crank trigger wheel, and injectors at the LEAST. I don't think that the stock ECU could handle it. I wouldn't mind doing a complete M30 swap, but I don't want an Auto, and the manual boxes are pretty hard to come by and generally pretty expensive around here.

I've given up on the SC currently. I'm a little bit bored with fast cars I'm really not worried about how fast the car is right now. I went for a ride in a friend's S50 E30 recently, and whilst it was quick, it's just not important to me at this stage.
