    New wheels came today!

One side bolted straight on whilst the other side required some (poor) arch rolling to get them to fit. I'm looking to get the current fronts and new backs powder coated white

Hopefully in a few weeks I'll have good photos too!

My new snow foam and polish came today, quite impressed with the result, hopefully next time though I will have a more detailed polish I I rushed it a bit as I was short on time. I'm going to be getting my wheels powder coated white soon too which should be cool I also plan on taking off the rear window stickers too as its messy and ricey

I got stopped by the police due to my arch gap and how low I am last night, they didn't say I was doing anything illegal but advised me to get a garage to look at it, I was rather pissed off at getting stopped but I didn't get a ticket so I can't complain too much

Well being static slammed was rather short lived, me and a few of my mates went on a 120 mile round trip yesterday to watch the time attack and well, my new tyres didnt last with the amount of toe in that you get when lowering a beetle, I thought I'd get more use out of my tyres than this. About 20 miles from home one tyre wore through and burst. Not good so I'm not sure what to do next, get extended spring plates imported and keep static or air ride. The tyres didnt last a Week

Not much happening recently, I'm waiting on another set of springplates so that I can make an extension as im slamming it again, putting wheels to powder coating tomorrow, going for white this time. I think next month I'm going tobget my other 2 wider steels powder coated and tyres mounted for the front too since this test fit looks good

My quarter panel was rusty too so im waiting on a one peice window set too

In my brief trip to Scotland, I noticed the roads were terrible, props for being brave enough to drive that low there

yeah you just have to be quick enough to spot the potholes haha I used to scrape daily but I raised the front up a bit and its stiffer now too so it isnt as bad now. I have a dent in the sump plate though and flattened a bit of my exhaust
