As for your list here are my thoughts;
- Lower it a tiny bit more, it'll look phenomenal.
- As for new tires, some old-school whitewalls would look amazing on this body colour.
But it's up to you, those are just some things to mull over!Originally posted by hinrichs View Postoh wow cant wait to see more of this, i would think maybe 1 more coil up front would make it perfect. Id go with some whitewalls for tires itll look good with that colorOriginally posted by Nagah View PostDitch the roofrack and go on! I sign in to whitewalls!

my first goal right now is to look into some tires, I keep waiting for the bias plys to disintegrate while i am on the road. I was considering running some unused 195/65r15 in the front, since i have a pair laying around and 205/75r15 in the rear to give it a little rake.
hopefully I'll post a few more pictures of my progress this weekend.1976 VW Beetle

Just don't do the roof rack. Makes it look like some old Volvo or VW. Otherwise, this is a great car to Stance. Will await progress.

Been awhile fellas, I thought I would have more time but apparently not.
Since my last post another coil had been lopped off, giving it's current stance. I actually like how the car sits now.
The ride is friggin' terrible though, and on these PA road, you bounce like crazy, As of now building an air ride system seems like it might be on the to do list in the near future. I never dealt with air before, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Other goals are:
-I think I mentioned tires as a previous goal, but It is becoming a priority, I am thinking of 205/55r15 for the front and 205/65r15 for the rear, but i still am playing around with the idea of other sizes as well.
-complete replacement of the interior still needs to be done and the headliner should be replaced
-some bodywork/rust repair, as stated the previous owner must of done some backyard repairs,so I want to try and smooth these out clean up some things.
That's pretty much what I have been up to so far.1976 VW Beetle
