    An Attempt at Classy

Well I thought I'd start a build thread. I posted in the "The Official Low-Budget Non-Baller Stance Thread",but I thought it'd be nice to keep my progress together in it's own thread.

I picked this car up in a trade and it's completely different from what I am use to. It's a '55 Plymouth, 3 speed on the column powered by a flathead six. The car is not perfect by any means and I am planning on making some repairs to the body where one of the PO went alittle crazy with bondo it seems. As of right now goal is to get the car sitting nice and get it ready for cruising.

The car runs and drives great but I needed to get it lower. A buddy of mine helped me lower the car with 3" lowering blocks I picked up.

When I first got the car:

After lowering blocks and a single cut coil up front and how the car currently sits:

As of right now I have a few things planned:

-Considering removing another coil from the front to drop the nose a bit more.

-Needs Alignment, been waiting until i decide if another coil should go or not.

-Need new tires. As of now the car is rolling on some old ass Bias-Plys.

-As stated earlier, car needs a some body work, I am not going all out crazy but I would like to clean it up a bit.

-Stripping the wheels and repainting them

    -Replacing most of the interior

I have a few more things planned but we'll see how this unfolds
Working...
