I know it's not technically eurotrash condition but my camera makes the body look in much better shape than it is. There are multiple dents, deep scratches, and peeling clear coat almost all over the car.

Thanks man! I really appreciate that. Also good advice on picking up that manual, I'm gonna try to get one asap.

Some more updates, found a local repair shop that was selling used volvo parts super cheap so I picked up a XC70 grill for $15. Not bad, eh?.

I had one of these, it was an absoluty awesome car. I'd highly recommend a 3" turbo back exhaust and a tune to really get to feel what these cars are capable of. Also they are extremely easy to work on. I loved mine and kind of wish I still had it.

[QUOTE=xmax92xd;1089757]Honestly, I have very little experience working on cars, guess I'm just learning as I go. Better late than never, right?

Then u hit the lotto my friend lol! These cars are an absolute joy to work on. the engineers at volvo (well at that time atleast) were thinking, u know.... we dont want to be fixing these cars at our dealerships in the future, right? so lets build them lego style so they can fix them.... and boom! we got awesome volvo's bro lol. if ur patient, and pick up a haynes manual, notice i said patient first lol, ull be ok. Teaser pic...

The exterior of the car is in shit condition, the engine runs just fine. Basically, this car is eurotrash and I'm not afraid to admit it. Many more updates coming in the following few weeks. Saved up a bunch of money for mods but lent a good deal of it to a family member who was in a jam. Now I just gotta wait for them to pay me back.

In the meantime, I took off the ugly ass headlight wipers and did some other minor things to the interior.

    Small update...

Finished painting and clear coating the spoiler today. Still needs to be wet sanded and waxed before I mount it on the car.

In the short time I've had it I've loved driving it. So much faster than my mazda 6 that was totalled and the base model s70 i had before was a snail compared to the T5.

Taking the time to read the text helps too. That's his old car.
