I have been waiting to post, but noticing there are quite a few w115 diesels around me so I'll share some progress/ what I am working towards.
It's a 1973 220D. It's already been through a lot since I have had it....
Ok pics - (Sorry these are mostly cell pics)
A few days after I got it.

I wanted to do something different than bbs rs's on the 220 - as I see most of them sporting those. (and I have those already on my e28..)

will be getting different lips and fender flares but different story for another day..
anyway..
I got lucky and found these on ebay:

Red not the best color for a yellow car. So I got them powder coated - The color doesnt match perfectly but will def do for now.
- I did a half refinishing on them (I know thats blasphemy..)

Some set back: Little kids in the Apartments I use to live in painted it :/

but some paint thinner got it all off with little to no evidence of it. Still needs a good buff..
I also go a nardi wood wheels (need a nardi w115 adapter still but test fitment)

Now for the wheels: they are 16x8 - had to use some spacers and some other ingenuity to get them on.. but here they are:

Plans?
I plan to take it down an inch or two (drivable for daily) I have been looking at the others on here and stealing ideas as far as how to do that and what shocks to get and so on.
I plan to get the rusty bits off though there isnt much of that.
Sound deaden the crap out of it for a more comfortable ride and do a "hidden" sound system in there. Radio in glove box and modify door panels I got to mess with.
Get AC/ Heat working properly
Drive it.
Thanks for looking.
