Little update. Bought new bolts for the Image wheels. Couldn't believe how hard it is to find gold plated bolts for Image wheels. Image, Schmidt, tuner shop, no one carries them anymore. Found a small place in Germany, and with a little help from google translate, they showed up at my door a few days ago. Now I'm por-15 clear-coating them. Hopefully they'll last longer then a season this time.

came across this older shot. I borrowed the wife's wheels for a little bit

Thank you. Yeah, I ***** giving up the ST's. By far the best riding coils I've ever owned! I know what you mean about air also, but I did it for practicality. I wanted to be low but driving the wife and kids around in it, it wasn't possible to be as low as I wanted and still be drivable with the kids in the back seat. Now I air up wherever I'm going and drop it down once I'm thereOriginally posted by CBREEZ View PostReally clean and simple build I love it. Funny thing is i'm running into the same issue with my ST coils, great ride but not nearly as low as I'd like the car to be, having always been in favor of static builds the air route is a difficult one.

Thank you man. I'm i Southern MD, Waldorf area. I've been around for a while, just never really posted on here that much. No real reason why but I plan on being more active now.
Where are you at? A bunch of friends of mine are having a GTG in Annapolis next month, you should swing by if your not too far away

Where in MD are you? so many MD dubs popping up on here recently and I never see any cruising around.. and your car is flawless my favorite MKV rabbit by a landslide, color, wheel brand, fit all so well done.

This pretty much leaves us off at the current time. The car is pretty much done. I might add a few more little things under the hood but nothing major. Now its time to sit back and enjoy driving it
