  • the smurfmeister build

hey everyone, I figured I'd document the progress of my car. I've had it for 3 years now, but now's a better time than ever to start the thread because.....

I just got the wheels on last night, so I will need to play around with the suspension to get it perfect. Also I may need to get a 5 mm spacer for the rear as the stretch was more than I anticipated. More pics, my 2013 plans, and a documentation of my build to date to come later.

Some quick specs and some more pictures
    -Work Meister S1-2P wheels
    -Toyo T1r tires
    -Project Kics lug nuts
    -Lotus Elise seats
    -Nardi Deep Corn steering wheel
    -R Package front lip
    -Planet Miata side skirts
    -Autopower Rollbar

    Thanks for reading!

Some pics of the interior! I think the biggest change is having the Lotus seats in there. You end up sitting much lower in the car, and I still retain sliders. Also they're pretty comfy for bigger guys (although with very little padding, can get sore on longer drives). I'm also running a Nardi 350mm deep corn steering wheel with a Works Bell hub. Other mods include the Joyfast shift knob and redline goods shift/ebrake boots.
