These are 12" tires, and would stretch.

This is cool. Don't see many around now.

I'd love to see it completely on the floor though

    Thank you!

At the moment I am looking for some other tires. But I can't find tires that will fit the stock wheels.

The current tires are tubed 125/80R12

It would be most helpfull if someone here could advise me on wich tires i could use

    Thank you

Last week I've re done the dash.

The 500L model comes with a "luxurious" plastic dashboard cover. When I removed this cover the true beauty of the dash revealed, a nice metal dash already painted in colour!

All I dit was clean it up and painted the middle section black.

I've also replaced the gearbox with a synchronized one, so no more dubble clutching...

    The fitted engine.

    It has about 18 horsepower.

After all that we discovered the stance scene and decided that we would give our little Fiat as much stance as possible

First we re did the wheels. They where painted red, and i've added white walls to give it a classic sporty look.

Then we fitted a brand new lowered front leafspring (no pics sorry), shortened KONI shocks and shorter springs in the rear. The car dropped about 80mm, but that wasn't enough. After a lot of searching we found a set of front spindle adaptors wich lowered the car another 40mm, but it also gave the car a bad negative camber in the front. To counter this we added a front whisbone adaptor.

    The spindle adaptor.

The car with the mega camber.

Then we gave the entire engine an overhaul.

The engine bay at day of delivery. Old and tired.

    Removed the engine.

Cleaned the engine bay and tucked some wires. We also painted the rear lights.

    New clutch.

    New shifter linkage.

Below the refreshed engine, with some new "bling" parts.

We added a new 28mm Weber carburettor, a K&N filter, modified coling cover, aluminium valve cover and sump.

    Some gold plated bolts.

I've also made a sandblasting booth from an old drum. Very handy for restoration work.
