Thanks for the example photos, those are some nice rides.

The front cargo space will remain stock for now. Later on the gas tank wil get a paint job but nothing more.

Today I made myself a shifter knob from a piece of wood.

    [Phone photo's]

Started out with an old piece of wood.

    Turned it round

Gave it a classic sporty look.

    Finished shifter.

I'm gonna oil the thing and mount it tomorrow.

    Thats all for now.

I was thinking more like this because Fiat 10 or 12" cool wheels are hard to find/expensive. Mini has various 10 or 12" that could be made to fit.

    If you're into vintage racecars

    Beautiful 500!

    Congratulations for the build!

What about the front cargo space? Any mods?

Put new doorpanels, carpet and floormats in.

The doorpanels are originally for an 500R, but with a bit of tweaking they fit in niceley. These have much cleaner lines.

    New

    Hi, Thanks for the tip.

Wide arches and minilites would fit nicely on a 500. It gives it an very sporty look, but I'm looking for a classic beach cruiser kinda look.
