  • Limited Edition Sc300 build

I have a Baltic Blue 1995 Lexus Sc300 limited edition. When I bought the car it needed some major attention. The previous owner had parked it for over a year under a pine tree and not only did it have damage from the tree sap but it was running rough. I spent many hours getting the motor to run correctly and when that was done I began doing research and focusing my attention on the exterior. If you know anything about Sc300/Sc400 then you know most people run 19's. Well this is one of the major things I wanted to do different. I bought a set of BBS RX 17x9 from a buddy and decided to go with a set of 215/45/17 Kuhmo tires. As for achieving the perfect stance I went with a set of Megan coilovers. Over all I am very pleased with the stance. This is the way it sits for now but I will post updated photos as I continue to build my car.

not bad man, theres only one other SC i know that can pull off 17's and i think youve done a great job!

people who have SC's sometimes more than often chose 18s or 20s, 19s are a good size but that would be my limit. 20 is too big, 18s are just right if youre going for stance, and then 19s for performance.

17s on the other hand..ehh idk, the guy that has 17s on his SC is really low so it evens out.

but im looking forward to the build man. any plans on exterior upgrades such as oem+ parts?

Thanks guys for taking the time to check out my car. I tried to get the pics just to post however it just put up the link. Sorry I'm new to the site so trying to figure it out. Is there a thread that shows you how to post without a link?

this SC is so simple but it looks nice! I would just slam the shit out of it to cancel out the wheel size

Hey man thanks for the advice. I should have used imageshack from the beginning.

Yea man i plan on some oem+ parts. I would like to get a front bumper lip and some subtle side skirts. Honestly want to keep as simple and clean as possible. I love the VIP sc300/sc400 but nothing beats simplicity.
