Take the turbo badge off and wetsand the tail lights if you want it to look less "ricey" and cleaner.
Turbo badge is off. i plan to restore the taillights and get the body work done this spring so the beat up oem black paint will be gone before summer comes round.
So here is how it sits currently. Yakima rack, volvo valance, bumper tuck, lots of my bike brands being repped with the stickers(my other hobby is bikes. more specifically, downhill biking), most of the other poser stickers removed. Not much stance yet. Still waiting to come across a unique set of wheels. Body, paint, and some interior work is next on the todo list once the northwest weather is a little more forgiving. Will be adding alot of stuff to this car as money allows. Till then, cheers stanceworks.
Not a bad start, could use a wash and a good detailing. I can't comment on the stickers because I'm a bit of a sticker whore myself, also get the side molding for the drivers side.
if you got rid of those stickers, tail light tint...get a fresh paintjob and slam it, it will be PERFECT, my dad used to have one of these so lemme be the first to tell you, these cars have ALOT of potential
First: Get rid of that roofrack, it looks stupid. Your car is not very wide from the beginning and you make it look even more high with that rack. Ditch it!
Second: Yet less but more tasteful placed stickers do the car more justice. This aint no ricer.
Third: WHAT
THE
HECK
HAPPENED
TO
YOUR
WINDSHIELD?
Needed to stress it, since you are obviously avoiding the yet most interesting topic in this thread.

Oh, and your car too.
I have been keeping an eye out for one of these. When I find one in the right condition and price I will pick it up.
These cars have great potential when kept classy. One even had a feature on this site a few months ago. It was black. You should check it out.
That being said. I know I saw two of these in the junk yard locally (one was black) and they might still have the OEM tail lights and side markers. Heck even might have the side molding. I can take a look at them next time I go there if you have it in your budget. Maybe we can work something out. But it would definitely affect your sticker budget.
Whats up guys. Sorry for not responding. My computer has been down and im too lazy to post from my phone. Buuuuut here is a picture of how it looks now. Bodywork is next. Wish me luck.
I'm his friend, the one with the shitty mk1 rabbit up above. He tried to take a jdm photo under a semi trailer and rolled into it. I guess that shocker sticker didn't help much
