well i DID retrofit the headlights as i stated before, used morimoto projectors...as for the lights on the projector itself it was pointing all the way up, i had to adjust them down and now the cut off line is on the edge of the trunk of the car in front of me (as if a regular sedan was driving in front of me)

The first picture you posted didn't look like they were retrofitted at all. This is what your output should look like.
