@jagracer THANK YOUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! finally someone with knowledge!! Too clear up the wheel thing because its getting annoying..
I CHOOSE too not have "real" wheels, why? Because I park parallel on a street and I dont want to risk curbing 3k wheels and for those who say "you probably dont know how too park" I would love too see your car on a street as narrow as where I park my car. 2) I'm not even keeping this car any longer....I'm lucky if I even keep it for another 3 months I'm in the market for a Lexus isf that I found a killer deal on. Im tired of the 2 seater thing even with another daily for those who don't know I also own a 2010 Mitsubishi lancer gts I want too sell that and just have one car because insurance is raping me. Another thing is my car is only worth about 10-12k stock here in California...why the hell would I put 3k-4k wheels on it? I think that's stupid....people with 98 civics and "real" wheels can talk all they want just because of there wheels....so if I had a Lexus isf with fake wheels I would get flamed also? That's what a lot of people dont pay attention too I'd rather drive my z than a super old car breaking down all the time with real wheels. 3) my car is not a show car,race car or drift car. Its a car too drive on the weekends and too school sometimes the only reason its bagged and matte white is because I LIKE IT THAT WAY.....of course I would love real wheels but honestly I think its extremely stupid too put expensive wheels on non expensive cars....its like putting diamonds on a watch from target....in my opinion I won't put expensive things on my car until I have a car that's worthy. Those are my 2 cents...and I hope I dont offend anyone by saying this...you guys are all awesome and I respect all of you equally...its just the wheel thing is getting really annoying...lol
As far as the rota xxr blah blah blah taking money from the real brands, do you think those "real brands" give a shit about you? You're making them rich that's all they care about...its the same as paying taxes....if you dont pay taxes it makes the government lose money...big deal what is the government doing for you now a days...same with wheels...what the hell are those brands doing for you to make me proud of spending 3k on there wheels ? Unless youre super rich than why not...but those saving and saving for those wheels....In my opinion you dont have your priorities straight
And AGAIN I don't mean too offend anyone...for those with real wheels kudos too you...I'm sure you worked hard for them and deserve them...but my point is the "wheel" thing in the stance scene is a little absurd...people take it too another level...I feel fitment is all that matters and if your car is fitted right by all means be proud! Everyone is stated too their own opinion that's why I dont get mad or disrespect anyone....I'm mature enough too take the constructive critiscm because having xxr's I kinda saw it coming....but hey out of 1000 people if I can please someone with the way my car is built...then that's ALL I need
