Im assuming after the manual swap, you couldnt get your reverse lights to work. I've run into that problem. Love the car, but when will you lower it?!!?

Holy fucking fuck, you swapped for manual? i thought that would be hard as hell on the e39's with all the electronics! Pleease tell me how? How much electronics did you have to change?

Its just like swapping e36 or e34 for manual, but electronics are diffrent, i still have the automatic switches connected and set to park, but im told you can program the ews and speedo to manual settings, im working getting someone to do that for me .
But like every swap, you need all the pieces to make it work.

WHAT you have manual windows? I didn't even know those existed on these cars, shit I would kill for a set of them.
I dunno if you've had to deal with it but the window regulators in these cars are trash, ive had to replace 6 so far... If i have to go in there and fix them again im converting them to handcrank windows

Time for update.

I swapped the automatic out for a manual transmission.
3 spoke sport steering wheel and a new gearknob installed.
18" style 95 wheels.
Trunk lip spoiler.
New pressure regulating valve.
E60 545i Shortshifter and bushings for shift lever.

New rearbumper sprayd. another exhaust in better condition put on , waxed the car and took pictures.

Today i did this.

Changed rear springs and stuts.

Changed handbrake pads and springs.

Changed out both exhaust sensors o2.
