Whats up Stance works, Names Flip.
Ive been into the stance scene for a few years now and as of 2012 started a crew with some friends called fatalfitment.
I have gone through cars, that in the end i was never happy with. That was until i purchased this 1994 civic ex in august 2012.
It was a 2 owner car and had paperwork for years. It was extremely clean and was well maintained. It came with almost every factory feature the ex came with, oem front lip, mudflaps ect.
The day i bought it
it had an insanely clean engine bay
It didnt last long this way, maybe 3 days before i had parts lined up ready to go.
1st purchase was a set of d2 coilovers, and they went on 3 days after getting the car.As well as i picked up a set of oem SIR corner lights from japan.
Well i need some wheels asap and was unsure what i wanted, as im saving for my wedding, dont really have the funds for legit rims. I ended up getting a set of xxr 531 in hyper silver 16x8+20 and they were on the next week.
But as much as i thought it looked good, i was not happy with the specs of the xxr's. They had small lips and not enough offset.
So i started looking around for new wheels, I ended up selling the xxr's and tracked a set of klutch replublik sl1 in 15x8.5+17.
I matched them up with some nexan 195-45-15. And they went on the car.
Now as clean as the car was, it still had some slight fading. So i took it to my buddy David and he put his elbows into it and buffed it out great. Also installed Del-Sol seats which sit really low and great. And picked up a momo steering wheel.
The next week, i picked up a set of clear sidemarkers to match up with my SIR corners and installed with the help of my buddy adam.
After that i decided i wanted to clean up my bay a little, Me and my buddy adam Started a mild tuck to clean it up a tad, I will be going back later this year to mock up harness and tuck the engine harness.

yes im keeping ac/ps but deleted cruise as i have the momo steering wheel and nomore cruise button.
Hard to see a big difference but it cleaned up alot
I found a great deal on a SIR cluster so i had to pick it up
and picked up a wingwest front lip for my car, it has always been my favorite lip for eg's and i knew i had to find one
I also picked up a set of spoon rep mirrors as i think the stocks are bulky lol. I prepped them and painted them.
And installed my lip. sorry for dirty car
So thats currently where im at right now with it. There wont be a whole lot going on this year with it other then some minor ad ons, as im planning my wedding for august. The exhaust will get some love soon so i can have it tucked up and away. Will be doing my undersuspension, ie lcas, subframe and swaybar. And hoping to have a set of recaros in by years end.
