BMW E34 535i build project

Got this great deal on a 1991 BMW 535i 5speed car. This car is Calypso Red with Black interior and limited slip diff. It was hit in the right front but the damage was fairly minor.

After fixing the body damage this is the list of mods planned:

BMW e34 m5 bumper or use the 540i one I have now
Ground Control Suspension
E34 M5 brakes
Roll Bar
Aftermarket seats - Recaro or Corbeau
Euro Smileys Headlights with Xenon
Engine performance mods - maybe a turbo
Wheels - Currently have a set of 19" Hamman HM2 rims on the car.
and much more

Currently not sure about keeping the Hamman wheels. Thinking of maybe a set of HRE or BBS wheel.

I plan on driving this a lot and even going out for some track days.

the filler plate in the back and the volvo lip up front are a sure fire way of knowing, also the shadowline.

Funny part was the attempt at a shadow line trim was just black electrical tape. Peels right off!

This is the 3rd one I have owned and this was always the MUST have color for me. Black interior made it a home run.

Here is a couple pics I took of the current stance of the 535i with the 19" wheels.





Not bad but need different tires and can't wait until Ground Control gets the coil overs done.

I am really torn on whether or NOT to keeps these wheels. Maybe have them powder coated white? I just don't know. Thinking about a set of Rotiforms or HRE's.

Looks perfect with the style 5's.. I had hamann's on my old e34 and didn't really like them either.
