Remove those later tail lights and get the older earlier ones for a cleaner look:

Is it possible to install those lights on a 1976 240D without modification? (Asking because I also have a 240D)

That looks pretty slick! That ride height is about where I have the "drive" level set on my air setup. When you wear out those tires, get some big white walls...they will transform it.

The tires pictured are Coker Classics in a E78-14 size (similar to 195.75.R14) I ordered them from Performance Plus Tire a few weeks ago...$136 each with free freight can't be beat!

soo... how much did you finally cut 3 in the front and 2.5 in the rear, or the 2.75 front / 2 rear combo?

ended up doing 2.25 front and 2.5 rear. The car has some reverse rake when parked but when i have 2 people in the front seats it levels out perfectly. Probably gonna go a little lower soon
