Good to know. Yeah sometimes you have to re-teflon/ seal a fitting a couple of times to get it to seal perfectly.

yes the brass and plastic ones. When i took em with me to parker pneumatics the guy there was actually very knowledgeable when it came to air suspension and provided me with me some insight as to why I was not getting a good seal. Apparently it was the coupler ring on the inside of the plastic part of the fitting that clamps the air line had failed to seal. It wasnt a big issue at all we have like three parker locations here in SD and fittings are only like $3 bucks for the dot approved all brass female - PTC. Im not sure if they were SMC ones or not. The fittings were the straight ones that are threaded female to PTC. All the elbows were fine and other fittings provided were fine. Just the two for the leader lines. I dont even think they were supplied by you guys. They came inside the box from airlift with the slam series front struts. They provide you with steel braided leader lines and 1/4 or 3/8 PTC fitting as im sure you are aware of. So They werent actually the fittings you sent us. Rather the ones that came in the package from airlift purchased thru bagriders. sorry for the confusion.Originally posted by Rali@BagRiders View PostIf the lines make a slight turn out of the bulkheads, they usually leak so this doesn't surprise me but what ptc fittings did you get from us that were leaking? Were they the SMC fittings (black and grey plastic with brass threads)? We started to include those in our kits because they are DOT approved and we haven't heard of any complaints about them in the past. Very interested to hear which ones they were.

Edit: My brother is very pleased with his purchase. And indeed the keyed ignition was a bit finicky at first. but after moving it everything is running fine !Last edited by SD202; 02-27-2013, 02:47 PM.

Oh okay thanks for clarifying Yeah, I really haven't heard of those fittings being faulty like that but I'm sure it was a bad batch or something. Yeah, I really haven't heard of those fittings being faulty like that but I'm sure it was a bad batch or something.

 Thanx fellows....

Well, last week some time.. I was driving my usual route to work and a damn rock hit hit and chip my windshield. Lets just say I was ............................. PISSED.........................I've only owned this car for only 6 months and already road wounds smh...

So, I was washing the car yesterday and my mom brought to attention "why not call your insurance"? Usually, i would give her my usual speech of " umm,.. my *blank blank* insurance sux," but I remembered I no longer have CRAP insurance.. I'm with the gecko and pig at Geico, without further hesitation. I called and reported the claim. So, today they came out and fixed it at work.

...and a few moments later the chips was fixed...................................FOR FREE

 F low budget insurance
 Velox < Name Brand Insurance

Also, I spoke to Rali at Bagriders and he confirmed that my Management and rear AirHouse 2 bags will be shipped today. Then, my sample vinyls will be here today and tomorrow my wheels will be here

 Couldn't help but to think

... I started from the bottom now we here!!!
