Yeah, the car needed something on the front to flow into the rear. It was leaking from the cam shaft seals, crank shaft seal, rear main seal, valve cover gasket, and crank shaft position sensor seal. I have a smog/repair shop so its no biggie to fix anything. But I was just soooo lazy to do it.

The flares are from Autokonexion. The front fenders are actually fiberglass, so that was really easy to cut. The rear fenders took longer but still really easy to do.

thanks for the info . what kind of saw / tool did you use to cut the metal in the rear ? A cutting wheel / grinder or metal snips ?

Yep! Air cutter and air sander. I didn't use snips. I just used to cutter to make some flaps to make it easier to cut out in sections. Then cut out everything. Then closed the gap smaller with a hammer. Because there are two fender layers. Then painted it and filled the gap with silicon.

I love that WALD 190e. I like everything about the miata, except i cant stop staring at the rear flare/over -fender covering up the gap between the rear bumper and the 1/4 panel. it looks kind of unfinished to me. Great build, however.

Bumper came out perfect. Two pieces, spliced at the center ridge.
