    Dang this is a very cool build man! U have good guts lol! I cut the wheel well on my expo wagon to fix the rust and i almost freaked out seeing all that open space lol

    Thank you everybody for the positive remarks. I'm really happy with how it's all coming together. Hopefully here in the next 2 months I'll get the links and bags in, and ship it off for a full cage... one bolt a time you know?

    This killed me.

    To be honest, I was kinda skeptical at first, but that faded rather quickly when you did the rust repair up front. Then I saw your old 240 and knew this was going to be legit. Love all the fab work so far, and yeah, your van is straight creeper status but it's awesome.

    Still need to add some gussets between the rails and the crossbeam.


    Had a friend Tig in the rails and crossmember, came out pretty nice.


    Can still notch this out a little if I wanna go lower.


    A bit lower than ride height.


    This fuel cell is going to work out perfectly.


    Dialed out a little camber and lowered the front down a bit more.
