Aww shite. Someone just arranged me some extra work last night.
Mirror inner strucrure and frame is wrecked, the taillight seems loose, one of the wiperarms is ripped off and someone has jumped on the hood. I'm pretty pissed off right now.

WTB: 93-02 Trans am passenger side mirror, passenger side wiper arm.

Man if somebody did that to my car I'd be out with a gun knocking on doors haha.

Thanks for the link. I think I scored one mirror locally though. I was lucky that the guy jumping on the hood did leave just one scratch so I need just a wiperarm and I'm back on it again.

I bought a set of WLAN cameras so if someone tries to do something like that ever again, my friends at the local bike club will happily hunt him down and bury him. I live in a low income suburb but I have done so all my life, never have been done anything to my cars or bikes or anything. I actually think that junkies and winoes are less prone to destroy and steal from a guy looking like me than, let's say middleclass brats.

What are your plans for this? Just small things?

Small things, repairs first, then .... who knows. Paintjob is peeling, the Trans-Am gear is attached by screws, front driver side fender's got some collision damage inside. The Eibach lowering kit feels good enough to drive, and it came with 19" team dynamics wheels and the interior is immaculate. Oh yeah and some mirror and wiper repairs too.

Maybe some ecu tuning and headers and stuff ltr too. I think I'll focus my attention and money mostly to the Olds STW though.

BTW the gun laws in Finland...
I think I'm not even allowed to own a gun here! Nowadays you'll have to be a member of a shooting club (I think the Bandidos and Hells Angels and such doesn't count) for 2 years before you can apply for a handgun. For a rifle and a shotgun you need to take this mandatory hunting test for the officials to see you know which game is supposed to hunt when etc. And we are a country that still has mandatory military service where almost every man is teached how to shoot the Finnish version of AK and FK pistol and shotgun.

So send me a 1911 and some ammo with the wiper arm!

Ok. In case you dont know how to change the power window actuators in an 4th gen firebird or camaro...

                        1. Wait until its around 0 degrees fahrenheit. You guys in California can do this in your local fishmonger or smth. You know, just to do this right.
                        2. Remove the door panels and speakers.
                        3. Drill 3 holes to the glassfiber door (WTF this is glassfiber)

                        See the arrows.
                        4. Drill out the rivets holding the actuator. disconnect the lead from the top end.

                        5. Admire the shinyness of the new one for a second. Old one on the right was made in US, AC Delco unit, left one was made in mexico, already an aftermarket one with one of the bolts somehow dead.

                        6. then just screw it in, plug it in and start reassembling.

                        7. And while you're at it, dampen the f**k out with suitable products such as this foil covered asphalt mat. Because Timo said in Facebook you're supposed to.
                        8. Presto - the windows work like charm. Go ride bikes, pet your dog, go naked, whatever. Mine was open for half an inch, did not go up nor down before. Now they work.

Took about 2 hours, including a pizza break.

First of all, The roof's not going fully. It struggles up and leaves about 1/2" open and it does not drop all the way in. Then it doesn't go all the way down. You might not see from the shtty pic but it's just low on fluid. I hope it takes ATF, I'll fill her up tomorrow when the windowglue has settled.
So it happened that wheile I glued the bottom - the upper seam gave in first time it snowed.
                          - and FFS it snows here.

                          SO THE REMEDY:

So I found out the upper seam could be supported by clothespins while gluing. I just was all out of clothespins so I had to be cunning. I just slid some foam and pressed them in. Hope this works.

Oh yeah it started snowing the very second I put the roof up so I had to cover it up.

Just don't let common sense get into the way of your hotrodding!

Ok, next time someone kicks in my mirror, I'll print a picture from my surveilance camera and go knocking on the neighbors doors with my sawed off shotgun.

This is what my WLAN cam records...

Ok, the mailman brought the final bodypart needed changing. BUT I found out it has been partly rattle-canned without any prepwork so the front bumper and doors are chipping like a m/f:r and revealing silver factory paintjob from underneath. Same as the T/A stuff keep chipping. I am actually (halfassedly) thinking about sanding all the rattlecanstuff out and doing a full paintjob as the trunk lid seems to be the only good part.

                              So, 1,2 or 3?

Seriously if someone was messing with my car while I sleep, I would sit in the drivers seat with a shotty. Glad you got it all fixed up, that thing must be a blast to drive in the snow.
